Job Overview

A Senior Interior Designer is required to join a small, collaborative design studio in Kensington. The role suits an experienced designer with strong luxury hospitality and residential expertise, covering Interior Architecture and FF&E projects internationally. You will lead multiple schemes from concept to completion, combining creative direction, technical delivery and confident project coordination within a close-knit team.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead Interior Architecture and FF&E projects through completion

Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and fabricators

Develop schemes using colour, fabrics, furniture and finishes

Manage programmes, deadlines, project costs and budgets

Support and mentor junior design team members

You will produce and review CAD information, presentations, specifications and technical documentation. Responsibilities also include maintaining agreed creative standards and delivering a professional service throughout each project.

Skills & Experience Required

Degree or equivalent in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

At least seven years' post-graduate industry experience

Minimum four years within the luxury design sector

Strong CAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite skills

Advanced Interior Architecture and FF&E knowledge

You must have experience delivering all project stages, including concept development, detailed design and final completion. Strong client-facing communication, fabric knowledge, furniture design experience and confidence with materials and specialist finishes are essential.

Salary & Benefits

Salary up to 65,000, with Friday half days, pension, health cash plan and wellbeing support. Benefits also include retail, travel and lifestyle discounts, staff sales, Cycle to Work, a season ticket loan, volunteering day and long-service rewards.
