Large Format Digital Print Operator | Bishops Stortford, Herts
Are you an experienced Large Format Digital Print Operator looking for a stable, permanent role where your skills will be recognised and developed?
We're recruiting for a growing manufacturer producing premium large-format graphics for retail, POS, exhibitions and signage. This is a fantastic Digital Print Operator opportunity to work with modern print technology in a busy, supportive production environment.
The Large Format Operator Role:
You'll be responsible for operating large-format digital printers while maintaining exceptional print quality and ensuring production deadlines are achieved.
* Operate large-format digital print equipment
* Prepare media and artwork for production
* Monitor print quality throughout production
* Carry out routine machine maintenance
* Meet production schedules and deadlines
* Maintain a clean and organised working environment
About You:
* Previous experience within large-format digital print
* Experience using HP, Agfa, EFI or similar equipment (desirable)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
* A positive team-focused attitude

Shift:
2 days on 2 days off (rotating week 1 M/Tu/F/Sa, week 2 W/Th)
Shift times 06:00 – 20:00 (13.5 hours) with shorter shifts on Fri/Sat (06:00 – 19:00)
Pay rate is up to £16.00 per hour DOE
