The Role
You will be responsible for safely recovering and transporting vehicles to service our high-profile club contracts. This position is about much more than just driving; it requires delivering a reassuring, top-tier customer experience to motorists during stressful roadside situations.
What We Are Looking For:
· HGV Class 1 or Class 2 License: Essential for safely and legally handling our vehicle recovery operations.
· Impeccable Reliability: Always on time, fully dependable, and committed to covering unsocial hours and weekends.
· First-Class Customer Care: A polite, caring, and empathetic approach to motorists at the roadside.
· An Eye for Detail & Care: A careful driver with a meticulous approach to handling vehicles safely with zero damage.
· Tech-Savvy / Thorough: Capable of capturing clear, high-quality images and completing job documentation accurately.
· A "Can-Do" Attitude: A proactive individual who gets everything done efficiently and professionally from start to finish.
