Description
Automotive Technician/Mechanic
Location : London/Essex
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic plug-in checks to identify mechanical and electrical issues
Service vehicles including oil changes, filters, and general maintenance
Repair and replace gearboxes, clutches, and other transmission components
Inspect and repair suspension and steering systems
Carry out brake system inspections, repairs, and replacements
Replace bulbs and carry out minor electrical repairs
Conduct crash repairs and bodywork restoration
Provide vehicle recovery services (rates based on distance)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Deliver excellent customer service and communicate repair details clearly
