Description
I teach Tai Chi Chuan, an ancient practice originating in the Wudang Mountains of China, which has evolved from its martial origins into a renowned exercise for physical and mental wellbeing. Its gentle, flowing movements, combined with mindfulness, promote relaxation, improve balance, and enhance overall health.
Wudang Tai Chi Chuan has also retained its martial heritage and additional self defence sessions are available for those who are interested.
