Can't really fault the guy. Puts together a personalised packaged to meet the needs of his clients. In my case that was boxing. We did strength & condition allowing with pad work. He's patient and knowledgeable and willing to get involved and show you the drills and exercises he wants you to perform. I won my first amateur fight thanks to his regime. The thing with Andy is he can pretty much get you to any level you want to be at as long as your up for it and stay consistent. Good price structuring as well, I committed early to block sessions and felt I got my moneys worth near enough every session.

A true professional, Andy has worked closely with me and my two young sons teaching us a great deal about our health, life style, nutrition, boxing, general safety/self defence and more. He has a seemingly endless wealth of knowledge to tap into, makes the sessions fun and positively challenging with easily measurable progression attained each time we trained. Highly recommended, I only wish I had sought his expertise sooner, absolutely recommended to any man, woman, child or family seeking guidance and advancement in creating a fitter, stronger, healthier and more confident version of themselves. Many of my long term friends have asked what is different lately and commented on how I still seem so young, vibrant and enthusiastic about life, my training with Andy is that difference! Being trained by Andy is exciting, stimulating and a good laugh! Not only does he explain to you the benefits of what he teaches but he also pushes you to be the best you can be and positively encourages you to work harder, drastically building your confidence and self esteem. If you’re looking for a challenging yet very motivating sport to participate in that includes a large variety of benefits and techniques, I would most certainly recommend! I had previously trained using gyms for years but found my 1-1 training with Andy was completely different. I am new to boxing; Andy is patient but pushed me to achieve, always focusing on good technique, clearly explaining and demonstrating exactly how each move should be done. The sessions are high energy, fast paced and fun, time passes quickly; Andy's approach, experience and knowledge meant I saw improvements quickly and I wouldn't want to train in any other way now. The service is amazing; he brings all the equipment with him, is always on time and we train outdoors whenever possible which I love. The programme is individually tailored to my needs and backed with solid advice on nutrition and lifestyle, it's the most complete form of training I've ever done. He's also flexible with timings and will work round any changes I need to make to my schedule. You just don't find this quality of person and service these days. I'd recommend anyone to train with Andy!

Started training with Andy a few weeks ago and already learning the basics. Andy’s very knowledgeable, patient and works to your ability - my goal is to gain confidence, knowledge, technique and be comfortable sparing for fitness, and a higher level of self defence, may even test my abilities in the ring!
