Description
Taekwon-Do is a full martial art which develops confidence, discipline, self defence, fun, friendship, fitness, and progression from Beginner to Black Belt. Our clubs are welcoming and inclusive, with teaching methods adapted to meet the needs and abilities of our students, aged 4yrs+. We offer a varied program and cater for grassroots social members to elite athletes. We offer regional Coloured Belt competitions and Black Belt seeding and ranking tournaments and a support programme for members selected to represent UK ITF internationally. Trenic TKD Academies are members of UK ITF (members of ITF President Choi Jung Hwa, son of the Founder of Taekwon-Do) and British Taekwondo Council, a national governing body for Taekwondo in the UK. All Trenic TKD instructors are NGB-accredited with Enhanced DBS certificates, first aid qualifications, ITF Black Belt holders and maintain their own training and CPD. All are also ITF-certified International Instructors and Umpires.
