Fortitude Taekwon-Do Platt is a family-friendly martial arts school based in Platt, Sevenoaks. We specialise in teaching Taekwon-Do, self-defence, and fitness training to children (ages 3+), teens, and adults of all abilities.

Led by experienced black belt instructors with over 40 years of combined teaching experience, our classes are safe, welcoming, and designed to build confidence, discipline, and resilience in every student. Whether you’re looking for a fun activity for your child, a way to get fit, or to achieve your own black belt goals, we offer supportive step-by-step coaching to help you succeed.

We provide:

Ninjas: Ages 3–5 (fun introduction to balance, coordination, and listening skills)

Dragons: Ages 6–8 (foundation in stances, blocks, and kicks, building confidence)

Juniors: Ages 9–13 (technical progress, sparring basics, and fitness)

Teens: Ages 13–17 (goal-driven training, fitness, and self-defence principles)

Adults: Ages 18+ (structured training for fitness, flexibility, and self-defence)

Family Class: Mixed ages (train together as a family in one session)

Family classes where parents and children train together
