I had a very useful session with Ryan, where he was able to not only help me understand where we were at right now, with our social media channels reach - but also to share lots of advice, tips and tools to enable us to improve that coverage. As a result of this new strategy I have implemented, in addition to an increase in metrics, we have also had a few new business enquiries - which is a nice bonus!
