My main takeaway from having Sophie as my coach was how important it was to make sure I didn’t undervalue my time in my work. I now have had several higher paying clients and earn more than I did before we worked together! I feel ambitious and worthy of charging more for my work. I was aimlessly creating, but after each session I had clarity and direction for my work and projects. Sophie makes the process fun, gives you clarity of your own mind and helps you to realise ideas and your own potential.

It was great having accountability & a fellow entrepreneurial spirit to bounce ideas off. The hope of finding confidence & quelling anxiety was also a draw. After every session with Sophie I always had a renewed sense of self-belief, clarity & increased desire to discover my path/destiny in business/spirit. Before working with Sophie I felt like I just had a concept. I was really lost with how to put my business idea together and was looking for clarity on my brand, niche and how to conduct myself on social media. Working with Sophie gave me space to bring my concept to life and be my authentic self. After each session, I felt empowered and more clear about my goals with my business. Working with Sophie is very relaxed, I was able to laugh and spit-ball ideas. She allowed a space of creativity for me to find myself and what my business might look like. I now feel really grounded with my business idea, which I didn't before. Sophie was able to tackle my fears and anxiety and work with my ADHD, to allow me to progress and reveal my strengths. Sophie makes things simple and is able to adapt to who you are as a person and walks her talk. She is a great demonstration of tenacity and determination and I would rather work with a coach who is making the same movements you want to achieve.
