I engaged Andrew of Artistry in Design to build a website and paid a 50% deposit upfront. Despite assurances, the work was not delivered on time, and communication was inconsistent. I requested a refund, but this was not returned. Based on my experience, I would advise others to insist on clear written agreements, fixed deadlines, and staged payments linked to progress.

Worked with these guys on 2 logo designs- needed jpegs traced and converted to vectors, safe to say the guys did an amazing job! Not to mention they also helped me with redrawing and amending the logos slightly and the final result was exactly what I wanted. Communication was easy and efficient. No problems and will be contacting them again!
