In 2014 I set up eCompass Social Media, ten years later the business has grown from strength to strength. My clients cross a broad range of industry sectors in both B2C and B2B, including the construction industry, recruitment, marketing, training and events, finance, opticians, florists, estate agents and hairdressers. Almost all of my new business comes from existing client referrals - proof that my clients are happy with my work, something I'm very proud of.

I have a very small team of associates who support me with account management, but I pride myself in getting to know my clients and building a professional relationship with my clients. The working relationship needs to be right, and trust is of paramount importance.
