Description

Make My House Home is an interior design studio based in Norwich, working across Norfolk and North London.

I'm Rebecca. I've designed 75 homes over the past six years, from single rooms to whole-house renovations. Before that I spent 14 years in homeware buying, most recently as Head of Buying, Home & Kids at Cath Kidston.

I don't have a signature style. I have a signature question: how do you actually want to live? Every scheme is built around function, flow and feeling — how the space works, how you move through it, and how it feels to come home to.

Every project starts with Your Home, Understood, a 90-minute visit that gives you a clear plan before you spend anything bigger.

Rebecca was super friendly, helpful and gave some great ideas on our first call. Even though we didn't end up using Rebecca for the project, she followed up with some further ideas which were genuinely great and I thought a lovely thing to do. Would definitely recommend.

Rebecca designed bespoke furniture for our kids bedroom including a bunk bed with a wardrobe. Rebecca listened to our needs and took time to understand how we live in the space, which resulted in a beautiful furniture, which not only looks great, but is also very functional and maximises the space. Would highly recommend!

We worked with Rebecca on the reconfiguration of the kitchen, bathroom, utility area. Delighted with her vision and the end results.

I’ve worked with Rebecca a number of times over the last two years and highly recommend her. The ideas are always great, the costs reasonable and her workman are excellent. As a landlord with multiple properties i have dealt with many similar experts over the years - Rebecca is hands down the best. I’m happy to give a personal recommendation and answer any questions of required and referred by her.

I employed Make My House Home for my Office in Farringdon - We needed a Kitchen installed / a wall taken down/meeting room created/a mini kitchen down stairs/ a shower room and some TLC on our dingy bathrooms. It was a big job with a tight turn around before Christmas - In a matter of weeks we had worked together on the design, Rebecca had thought though our branding and incorporated our internal look into a modern look that flowed through the office. She has an amazing eye for look and feel of spaces. The team stuck to time working weekends and late in to the night to get everything done for me. I couldn't give a higher recommendation to such a great company. I will deffo be using them again in the future for my Personal Home or The Office.
