Temporary Marketing Assistant

If you are detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about digital content management, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy project team, ensuring assets are engaging, accurate, and fully ready for release.

Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an speedy start; lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.

Temporary Marketing Assistant Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

Populating and maintaining content within Contentful to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Reviewing existing content and identifying any gaps or areas for improvement.

Creating and updating page copy, editorial content, and other information.

Managing imagery, videos, and other digital assets to optimise online presentation.

Maintaining asset libraries and metadata for easy retrieval and consistency.

Supporting content migration and content population activities.

Conducting quality assurance checks on digital content and assets to ensure launch readiness.

Assisting teams with content updates and publishing activities.

Supporting post-launch content management and governance activities.

Temporary Marketing Assistant Rewards

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.

Opportunities to develop skills in digital content management within a fast-paced, commercial environment.

This role offers the chance to work across multiple languages, with fluency in at least one of the following: Spanish, German, Arabic, Korean, Chinese, or Italian, being essential.

Temporary Marketing Assistant Experience Essentials

Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, German, Arabic, Korean, Chinese, or Italian.

Experience with Contentful, gained in a similar role.

Strong organisational and proofreading skills.

Excellent attention to detail for content and asset quality assurance.

Good communication skills, capable of liaising with multiple stakeholders.

Experience working with digital assets and multimedia files.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
