Description

We are excited to be working on behalf of a well-established and highly respected company on the outskirts of Ipswich who are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join their team and contribute to the company’s online presence and promotional activity, helping to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and driven individual to support the delivery of high-quality content, digital campaigns, and brand development strategies across four distinct business strands—each with its own voice and target audience.

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing, high-end business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Plan, design, and schedule engaging social media campaigns

* Create captivating content (graphics, videos, copy, and occasional podcast features)

* Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-led improvements

* Grow and manage social media communities

* Collaborate with internal teams to produce creative and compelling content

* Assist with digital and printed communications

* Support event planning, advertising partnerships, and sponsorship activities

* Liaise with designers and print suppliers to maintain quality standards

* Assist in the upkeep and development of live quote systems with external IT providers

Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms is essential

* Strong copywriting, visual content creation, and storytelling skills

* Familiarity with Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar tools

* Experience using WordPress, Umbraco, or other CMS platforms

* Highly organised with a proactive, collaborative mindset

* A keen eye for design, detail, and digital trends

* Comfort with market research and basic data analysis

* Familiarity with AI tools is a bonus!
