Location: Sutton Fields, HU7

Hours: Full-time/40hours 8am-5pm

Salary: £35-£40k (Depending on experience)

Start Date: 1st September 2025

Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is not just a support role - it's a launchpad for someone who is serious about stepping into a Sales & Marketing Manager position within the next 6 months. If you're ambitious, commercially minded, and ready to take ownership of campaigns and client relationships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads, support sales outreach, and maintain CRM records

Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and event collateral

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy

Monitor campaign performance and compile actionable reports

Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information

Maintain and update website content and product listings

Attend trade shows, networking events, and assist with exhibition planning

Shadow and support senior team members with the goal of stepping into a leadership role and leasing with marketing personnel

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 year of experience in a sales, marketing, or commercial role

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI.

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools

Experience with CRM systems

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to take on more responsibility

Qualifications

A-levels or equivalent (minimum)

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

Progression Path

This role is designed for someone who wants to progress into a Sales & Marketing Manager position within 1 year. You'll be mentored by senior staff, given increasing responsibility, and expected to take initiative in shaping campaigns and client relationships.
