Product Manager

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a Product Manager on behalf of our client in Chesterfield.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll manage the full product lifecycle—developing, launching, and optimising products in line with strategy, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead product launches from concept to completion

* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy

* Develop NPD plans with clear brand positioning

* Support with brochures, packaging, and POS material

* Manage post-launch reviews and range improvements

* Provide product briefs, training, and demos

* Monitor margins, pricing, and product performance

* Handle sample coordination, QC issues, and NAV/web updates

* Oversee range xjnqpsq rationalisation and bespoke product development

What You’ll Need:

* Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills

* Excellent project management and communication skills

* Experience in a similar product management role

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally NAV
