On-line Marketing Assistant

£24,500pa NN14 2RL, 33 days leave, 8.30am-5pm Mon-Thurs 8.30am-3pm Fri, Pension, Training, FTC minimum of 6 months, Hybrid (after first 3 months)

Due to pending maternity leave, a new and exciting role is available at a UK head office location of a global retail multi-brand organisation, this opportunity for an on-line marketing assistant to join their forward thinking and energetic e-commerce team, mid-trading period. You will provide support to the e-commerce manager, and be a key communication bridge between the on-line team and the wider business:

Managing the day to day e-mail marketing life cycle across three markets UK & ROI, Germany and US, analysing performance of mailshot and feeding results to business

Working closely with design team and understanding product description, and key selling point then write copy, create content and upload to website and e-mail marketing

Working with both season ahead and here & now products

Analysing website performance, across multiple brands, highlight best sellers to business

Working externally with IT support team to rectify and technical issues with website or CMS

Working in conjunction with wider marketing team, PR and Social Media teams, sharing ideals and building marketing campaigns

Pro-actively planning and working on trading periods, including peak sales including Sale.

Adhoc administration support to ensure the smooth operation of the departmentWe would expect the successful On-line Marketing Assistant to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, website CMS, PhotoShop and Goggle Analytics, and demonstrate an excellent eye for detail, with a creative mindset, along with strong copy writing skills, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you are a marketing related graduate, who is looking kick-start their career within the retail world, or an experience Marketing Administrator who is looking to progress their career.

You will be joining the UK Head Office of a company that has been established for over 70 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of retail.
