As we continue to be the very best in the market, and to support a major growth strategy for 2026, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Marketing Project Co-ordinator to join our dynamic marketing team, working across the CR Smith brand.

Based in Dunfermline, our highly experienced and fast-paced business needs a talented co-ordinator who can work on a diverse range of projects whilst maintaining our brand standards. This is a varied role where you will work closely with our proactive sales teams to contribute towards business growth and brand awareness, as well as providing support to internal stakeholders across the business. Although working within the larger marketing team, we are looking for someone who can work autonomously on specific projects, manage their own time efficiently and report directly to senior management.

You will have a marketing/events background and will hold a relevant degree or qualification with 3-5 years’ experience working as part of an in-house marketing/events team or agency. You will possess excellent project management skills with knowledge of design, photography, artwork and print processes.

Essential skills:

* strong creative and innovative mindset

* excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask, delivering to changing deadlines

* knowledge of WordPress and video creation/editing would be a real advantage

* positive, cando attitude with a genuine passion for marketing with the ability to take the initiative

* Market research and data analysis experience

* Previous exposure to event planning would be ideal

Responsibilities:

* Working alongside our inhouse marketing team on internal projects including corporate responsibility, community benefits and charity events

* Data gathering and market analysis

* Creating digital media assets for the company website, landing pages, sales support materials, and online advertising

* Assisting in offline collateral, including postcards, brochures, exhibition stands, staff training materials and internal stationery

* Update website content via WordPress content management system

* Planning and implementation of company sales meetings, incentives and exhibitions

Package:

Salary up to £35,000

Please note, this role requires that you are based in our head office Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm. This is not a remote role or contractor role.
