Job Title: International Marketing Communications Specialist

Location: Uxbridge, London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Salary: Up to £40,000

About the Role:

Parkside Recruitment is working with a leading international brand to recruit an International Marketing Communications Specialist. This is a highly visible role supporting product marketing across multiple international markets.

You’ll be at the heart of product launches, creative campaigns, and asset development, collaborating with teams across Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation of marketing assets for product launches, including photography, copywriting, POS materials, and digital content.

Coordinate and project-manage product launches across multiple markets, working closely with Product Management, R&D, Ecom & CX, Legal, and local marketing teams.

Lead lifestyle photoshoots, including shotlist creation, model selection, set design, and post-production coordination.

Support international markets with localised marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and premium positioning.

Maintain product copy across multiple platforms (web, POS, packaging) and ensure any legal or compliance updates are applied.

Build and maintain strong relationships with creative agencies, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

Assist colleagues in delivering marketing campaigns and provide guidance on brand and product messaging. Who We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally in a consumer goods company or creative agency.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Experience creating marketing assets and managing photoshoots or agency relationships.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Social, outgoing, and confident in networking with agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Culturally aware, able to work across languages and international markets.

Creative problem-solver, self-starter, highly organised, and detail-oriented. What’s on Offer:
