Description

Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire (Hybrid working available)Contract: Fixed-term, 6 monthsHours: 3 days per week (0.6 FTE)Start Date: Immediate Are you a creative and digitally savvy marketer with a passion for music, arts, and community engagement? My client, a respected organisation in the arts sector, is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team during an exciting period of transformation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vibrant programme of courses, and concerts. You'll help shape the organisation's digital presence, support the launch of a new website, and bring a refreshed brand identity to life.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media: Create and schedule engaging content across Facebook and Instagram using Canva and Hootsuite. Support campaigns for events, fundraising, and seasonal launches.

Website: Collaborate with a web agency to build and populate a new site. Write compelling copy and manage updates.

Content Creation: Develop branded materials, newsletters (via MailChimp), and digital campaigns that drive engagement.

Analytics & SEO: Monitor performance metrics and apply SEO best practices to improve reach and interaction.

Branding: Ensure consistency in visual identity and tone of voice across all digital channels.

What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience managing social media content (including video)

Strong written communication and attention to detail

Familiarity with Canva, Hootsuite, and basic video editing

Confident using website CMS platforms

Understanding of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
