Pay Rate: GBP12.71 – GBP14.24 per hour (including rolled–up holiday pay)

Job Type: Full–Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday (Overtime Available)

We are seeking experienced Timber Frame Operatives to join a well–established and expanding company based in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure permanent employment within a clean, organised, and fast–paced manufacturing environment.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assembling high–quality timber frame products, including roof trusses, wall panels, floor panels, and spindles.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble timber roof trusses, wall panels, floor panels, and spindles accurately to specification.Read and interpret technical drawings and production plans with precision.Maintain high standards of workmanship with excellent attention to detail.Adhere to all health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.Collaborate effectively within a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

What We re Looking For

Previous experience in timber frame assembly, woodworking, manufacturing, or a similar role.Ability to read and work from technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.Reliable, diligent, and a team player.A valid CSCS card is advantageous but not essential.
