For the successful Warehouse Team Leader our client is offering;

Starting salary of £35,114, this can rise to £39,452 as experience / competencies are signed off

Working 12 hour Days & Nights, which spans over Weekends too - 07:25 - 19:35/19:35 - 07:25

Central location in Telford, accessible by Public Transport or free parking

The Role of the Warehouse Team Leader;

Organising daily Warehouse activities to include receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of Goods

Monitor/maintain inventory levels

Ensuring the Warehouse is safe & organised

Operate and maintain Warehouse equipment, reporting any issues or Maintenance requirements

Loading finished goods and unloading materials

Stock taking

Completing paperwork

Resolving any issues within the team

Ensuring products being despatched aren't damaged

Allocating work out to the Warehouse staff on a daily basis

FLT Driving

Providing training to new / current staff

Use of in house computer systems to book goods in and out

Working to high standards at all times & maintaining Safety procedures

What our client is looking for in a Warehouse Team Leader;

Previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL

FLT Counterbalance Licence dated within the last 3 years - This MUST be RTITB or ITSAAR accredited

Awareness of Food Hygiene regulations

Able to work Days xjnqpsq & Nights - Including weekends
