Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Oldbury.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is reliable and flexible, and is happy to support different areas of the business when required.

The Role:

Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking, packing and moving stock.

Loading and unloading deliveries.

Ensuring materials and products are stored correctly.

Supporting the production team with general duties when required.

Moving materials between the warehouse and production areas.

Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.

Following health and safety procedures at all times.

Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of daily operations.About You:

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience would be advantageous.

Forklift truck experience is desirable but not essential.

Training on the production side is available

A flexible approach and willingness to support different areas of the business.

A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling.

Reliable, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.What's on Offer:
