Location: Leighton Buzzard LU7

Pay Rate: 13 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Type: Temporary to Permanent

Shift Pattern

Initially: Monday–Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pmThen rotational shifts:Week 1: 7:30am – 4:00pmWeek 2 for the following week: 11:00am – 7:30pmAbout the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a long–term career with a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and monitor all outgoing deliveries for quality, accuracy, and correct quantities.Ensure stock is properly stowed, labelled, and recorded in the warehouse system.Accurately handle measurements, sizes, and transportation details.Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards in the warehouse.Record and update information using a basic computer system (training provided).Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.Lift weights up to 20kg safely as part of daily operations.Occasionally transport goods between warehouses (UK driving licence desirable).Requirements

Proven experience working in a busy warehouse environment.Good attention to detail and quality inspection skills.Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.Good communication skills (verbal and written).Full UK driving licence preferred.
