Warehouse Forklift Operative - Full-Time, Permanent
A well-established business in the High Wycombe area is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operative to join their friendly and committed team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering stable hours and a supportive working environment.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
Key Responsibilities
Accurate picking and packing of orders
Booking and inspecting stock
Arranging transportation from warehouse to production and events
Assisting with unloading trailers and operating forklift trucks
Liaising with other departments and following stock procedures
Maintaining accurate records using IT systems
Ensuring health and safety compliance
Working to deadlines
Essential Skills & Attributes
Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance +Reach)
Previous experience in a warehouse environment
Ideally, experience at a supervisory level within a small team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good timekeeping and a flexible attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer literate and comfortable working with numbers
Friendly, tactful, and calm under pressure
Physically able to lift up to 20kg
Proactive, positive, and willing to learn
