Manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Coordinate with freight forwarders to streamline customs clearance processes.Maintain accurate records of imports and exports within the logistics department.Monitor and report on customs–related KPIs to support operational efficiency.Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely processing of shipments.Assist in resolving customs issues promptly to minimise delays in operations.Support the implementation of any updates or changes in customs legislation.Provide guidance and training to team members on customs procedures.Profile

A successful Warehouse Controller should have:
