Warehouse / Assembly Operative

Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Part-time (Minimum 4 hour contract)

Location: Unit B6, Swallows Enterprise Park, Diamond Drive, Lower Dicker, BN27 4EL

Hours: Between 8 - 12 hours a week depending on the candidate (must be available either on Saturdays or Sundays)

Reporting to: Warehouse Manager

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Assembly Operative to support our growing operations. This role involves picking and packing orders and assembling products and bundles. You will play a key part in maintaining smooth day-to-day warehouse activities during a period of growth.

Key responsibilities:

* Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately and efficiently

* Assemble products and bundles as per our standard operating procedures (SOPs)

* Assemble products and bundles in line with KPIs set by the Warehouse Manager

* Follow instructions and quality standards

* Assist with goods in and goods out, including unloading and checking deliveries

* Help maintain accurate stock levels and report any discrepancies

* Support general warehouse organisation, cleanliness and efficiency

* Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

* Assist with inventory counts and stock checks

* Work xjnqpsq collaboratively with the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets

You will have:

* Previous experience in a warehouse or pick-and-pack environment (advantageous but not essential)

* Trustworthy, reliable and hardworking (Essential)

* Good attention to detail and accuracy (Essential)

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (Essential)

* Ability to carry out physical tasks, including lifting and being on your feet throughout the day (Essential)

* A positive, team-oriented attitude (Essential)
