Overview

An exciting opportunity for a Trade Counter / Branch Manager to join a growing trade supplier business within the window and door industry. The successful candidate will manage day–to–day branch operations, provide excellent customer service, and oversee product sales, stock control, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Advise customers on product selection, pricing, and ordering for windows, doors, and related items Manual handling, supporting with loading and unloading deliveries, preparing customers orders Handle customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email Manage cash handling and daily sales transactions Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the branch Knowledge of sage accounting software Skills & Experience

Computer literate with online quoting experience (knowledge of Sage advantageous) Strong communication and customer service skills Full UK driving licence required Previous experience within the fenestration or home improvement industry is preferred but not essential, training can be provided to the right candidate Knowledge of Window Designer software beneficial
