Description
An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join a growing finance team and support financial reporting, controls and month–end activities.
If you are AAT qualified with experience as an Accounts Assistant or a Senior Finance Assistant, you could align perfectly with this role. Experience across the board with accounting, reconciliations and month–end support are important areas that you will require experience in.
This is a 6–month temporary assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing monthly accruals and prepaymentsBalance sheet reconciliationsAssisting with management accounts preparationFixed asset accountingVAT returns and statutory reporting supportSupporting audit requests and finance projects
About You
AAT qualified or actively studying ACCA/CIMAPrevious experience as an Assistant Accountant or Senior Finance AssistantStrong month–end experienceConfident with accruals, prepayments and reconciliationsExperience producing elements of management accountsStrong Excel skills, including lookups and data analysis
