This role suits a technician who cares about quality work, likes a busy workshop and wants a long–term home with an established dealer group.
What the job involves
Servicing, maintaining and repairing customer vehicles to franchise standards Tracking down faults with the manufacturer's own diagnostic equipment and software Completing electronic vehicle health checks and reporting any extra work honestly Working closely with the service advisors so customers get clear, accurate updates Road–testing and inspecting vehicles when needed Keeping workmanship and efficiency consistently high Guiding apprentices and less experienced colleagues where you can Keeping your technical knowledge current through manufacturer courses What you'll need
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent A full UK driving licence Main dealer or manufacturer experience (desirable) Diagnostic experience (desirable) An MOT Tester licence (a bonus) Good communication and a team–first attitude If you are earlier in your career but can show commitment and the right attitude, we would still like to hear from you.
