You will collaborate with business leaders, employees, and external stakeholders to implement effective SHE practices that promote well–being, environmental sustainability, and workplace safety. You are the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in health, safety and environmental management onsite.

Responsibilities & Duties Site Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager

Visible, onsite, leading the Health, Safety & Environmental function across the site, responsible for implementing H&SE management systems, responsible for the wellbeing of 400+people on siteAn EHS Manager who will lead the development and implementation of the site s Environment, Health & Safety deployment plan to deliver objectives in line with the Group Sustainability and HSE StrategyCoach and mentor the teams around HSE initiativesLeads BBS (Behaviour Based Safety) programDevelop and implement an Environmental Management SystemDevelop an effective EH&S risk management program to ensure complianceLead the investigation of accidents, Environmental and H&S incidents to identify, implement and maintain corrective actionsAnalyze EH&S lagging and leading KPIs to identify improvementWork with and support management teams, developing and championing annual safety plans, best practice, develop cohesive solutions to operational SHE challenges and champion continuous improvement and positive leadership behaviours Experience and qualifications Site Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager

Safety leadership experience ideally within logistics, supply chain or general manufacturing environments idealBe a cultural ambassador by role modelling safety leadership, coaching and developing others to foster and achieve an Excelling H&S culture.Empower all levels of the workforce, floor to SLTVisible and approachable – ALWAYS!A NEBOSH qualification, Certificate or Diploma, ideally graduate IOSHDelivering an effective framework for safety program managementDelivering an effective framework of incident investigation, auditing, and training oversightManufacturing and factory or warehousing site experience strongly preferredCertificate in Environmental Management (Assoc Member IEMA) preferredGood working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001Diploma in Environmental Management is desirable5 years experience in similar working environment and/or positionProven track record in developing and executing SHE programs and initiatives What We Can Offer – Site Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager
