Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This machine is a critical component of our production process, responsible for efficiently and accurately producing a variety of packaging materials. The ideal candidate will have experience operating corrugated machines or similar equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

Operate machines in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and prolong machine lifespan. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and quality inspections. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and quality assurance. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. Proven experience operating machinary Strong mechanical aptitude and problem–solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operating manuals. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high–quality work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods. Benefits:
