Are you a Press Setter Operator from a manufacturing background, looking to join a niche manufacturing environment where you can develop specialist skills and progress long term?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well–established company working within a highly specialised manufacturing environment, offering a four–day working week alongside long–term progression and specialist training.

The company operates within a niche area of manufacturing and has built a strong reputation within its industry. Due to continued investment and the need to strengthen the existing team, they are now looking for a Press Setter Operator to join the business.

You will be responsible for setting and operating production machinery, carrying out changeovers, monitoring production and ensuring products are manufactured to the required quality standards. You will also have the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge within a specialist environment and learn from experienced members of the team.

This role would suit a Press Setter Operator or similar manufacturing professional looking for a four–day working week, long–term progression and the opportunity to develop specialist skills within a niche manufacturing environment.

The Role:

Set and operate production machinery, carrying out changeovers and ensuring production requirements are metCarry out maintenance, fault finding and quality checks while supporting the wider production teamMonday to Thursday, with overtime opportunities availableThe Candidate

Previous experience as a Press Setter Operator, Press Setter, Machine Setter or similar manufacturing roleHands–on manufacturing experience with good mechanical aptitude and an understanding of machinery and toolingLooking for a long–term opportunity with progression and the chance to develop specialist skillsReference Number: BBBH (phone number removed)
