Salary: 20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4.30pm

A well–established manufacturing company specialising in high–end bespoke furniture. Due to continued growth and the expansion of existing contracts, the company is recruiting skilled Bench Hand Joiners to join its team of craftsmen in Leicester.

The Bench Hand Joiner Role

As a Bench Hand Joiner, you'll manufacture, assemble, and finish high–quality wooden furniture using a range of tools and machinery. You'll work from detailed technical drawings, ensuring accuracy, precision, and an excellent standard of finish.

Manufacture, assemble, and finish bespoke wooden productsWork accurately from technical drawingsQuality–check and finish your own workOperate woodworking tools and machinery safelyMaintain a clean and organised work areaSupervise and coordinate a workshop teamThe Candidate:

Experienced in high–end bench joinery, laminating, or cabinet makingSkilled in using hand tools and woodworking machinery such as routers, edge banders, planers, and table sawsApprentice–trained or equivalent experience preferredExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanshipPrevious experience in a supervisory roleApply:
