We're hiring a Sales Office Manager to lead and develop the internal sales team for a well–established technical distributor based at their HQ in Llanwrtyd Wells. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands–on leadership position and is passionate about customer service, sales coordination, and team development.

Key Highlights:

Hybrid role – minimum 3 days per week onsite at HQ in Mid WalesFocus on team leadership, sales operations, and cross–functional collaborationInvolves both customer relationship management and internal process improvementStrategic support to external sales team and directorsKey Responsibilities:

Lead and coach a high–performing internal sales teamOversee customer enquiries, quoting, and order processingWork closely with external sales to support key accounts and complex ordersDevelop and implement sales strategies with senior leadershipTrack KPIs and provide regular sales performance reportingStrengthen supplier relationships and stay informed on market trendsIdeal Candidate:

Proven experience in internal sales or customer service leadershipStrong B2B sales/account management backgroundExcellent communicator with a collaborative management styleConfident with CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeAble to work onsite 3+ days per week in Mid WalesFull UK driving licenceBonus if you have:
