Hours:

* Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 17:00

Salary:

Circa £15.00ph

Overview:

A fast-growing and successful manufacturing facility in Daventry is recruiting Robot Welder Operator to work on robot welding machinery. Key Responsibilities:

* Operate robot weld machinery safely and efficiently.

* Load raw materials and unload finished components.

* Organise and maintain parts and work areas.

* Support basic machine maintenance and daily checks.

* Assist with troubleshooting as skills and experience develop.

* Plan workloads effectively to maintain production flow.

* Contribute to a positive and productive working environment.

Experience & Skills Required:

* Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

* Strong work ethic with a determined, reliable approach.

* Good level of spoken English.

* Previous machine operator experience beneficial but not essential.
