Rework Technician

Proactive Global is currently seeking a highly skilled Rework Technician to join a well–established electronics manufacturer based in Windsor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong soldering and rework skills to become a valued part of a growing and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

Perform precise soldering tasks down to 0201 surface mount component sizeCarry out SMT and Through Hole rework to a high standardInterpret and work from engineering drawings, diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BoMs)Maintain high standards of workplace housekeepingExperience with BGA rework, track repairs, and circuit modifications is highly desirableAbout the candidate:
