Job Title: Returns Operative (Warehouse Environment)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail–oriented Returns Operative to join our busy warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing returned goods, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting the smooth flow of warehouse operations. This role requires good organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and process returned items in line with company procedures.

Check goods for damage, missing components, and correct product information.

Accurately record data in the warehouse management system.

Repackage items where required and prepare them for restocking or disposal.

Liaise with customer service and inventory teams to resolve return–related queries.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

Support general warehouse tasks when needed.

Skills & Experience

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling returned goods.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast–paced environment.

Basic IT literacy (e.g., scanning systems, data entry).

Ability to lift, move, and handle goods safely.
