Quality Inspector – Contract (Formula 1) All Shifts Inside IR35
Location: Motorsport Valley
Contract Type: Inside IR35 (PAYE or Umbrella)
Start Date: ASAP

The Opportunity
We're working with a leading Formula 1 team who are looking to bring in experienced Quality Inspectors to support their high–performance manufacturing environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a cutting–edge engineering team where precision, speed, and quality are critical to success on the track.
The Role
As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a key role in ensuring components meet strict engineering and racing standards.
Working closely with the Quality Control Manager and Team Leaders, you will:
Inspect components against detailed engineering drawingsEnsure compliance with tight tolerances and specificationsSupport efficient processing and release of partsProduce clear and concise non–conformance reportsContribute to continuous improvement within a fast–paced environment
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with detail–driven inspectors who thrive in high–pressure engineering environments.
Key experience includes:
Strong experience with PolyWorks (essential)CMM programming using PC–DMISConfident use of inspection armsSolid understanding and practical application of GD&TExperience with metrology bench equipment & standard inspection toolsFamiliarity with laser part marking equipmentAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsStrong communication skills and attention to detail
Rates (PAYE)
Grade 1: 29.91 per hourGrade 2: 23.23 per hourGrade 3: 19.68 per hour
