Are you an experienced food manufacturing professional looking for your next step within Quality Assurance and Training?

Our client, a successful food manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Cambridge, is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Quality Assurance & Training Coordinator to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

This role would suit someone with previous QA/QC experience within food manufacturing, or an experienced food manufacturing candidate who has a strong understanding of GMP, quality standards and is looking to develop their career further within a quality-focused position.

Working closely with the production team, you will support the site in maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The role will involve a combination of hands-on factory checks, GMP auditing, quality paperwork, updating procedures and delivering training to colleagues.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience working within a food manufacturing environment (essential).

* Experience within QA, QC, auditing or quality-related activities (preferred).

* A good understanding of GMP and food safety standards.

* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to train and engage colleagues.

* Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.

* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to identify improvements.

* The confidence to work hands-on within a factory environment.

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Due to the location, your own transport is essential. xjnqpsq

Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing food manufacturing business in a varied role where you can utilise your quality experience, develop your skills and make a real impact across the site.
