The Role

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for:

– Managing and maintaining ISO, NSI, Cyber Essentials and other integrated management systems.

– Coordinating internal and external audits, certification processes and compliance activities.

– Supporting Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Information Security and Business Continuity.

– Monitoring compliance, quality performance and KPIs across operational and manufacturing environments.

– Driving sustainability initiatives, continuous improvement and best practice across multiple sites.

What We're Looking For

– Strong knowledge of ISO standards and experience supporting audits and compliance.

– Experience with NSI standards would be advantageous.

– Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

– A proactive, self–motivated individual who can work independently and take ownership of projects.

– A full driving licence, valid passport and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

– Ability to meet BS7858 security vetting requirements.

What's on Offer?

– Opportunity to work with an established international organisation.

– Exposure to operations across the UK, Europe and USA.

– A high level of autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

– Professional development across compliance, governance, sustainability and operational excellence.

– A supportive, collaborative and forward–thinking working environment.
