My client is a fast scaling, founder led, innovative SME full of creative vision and strategy.
I'm looking for a hands–on Production Supervisor to lead a committed and fast paced team on the factory floor, drive daily targets, and keep quality and safety at the heart of everything you do.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and motivating a production teamKeeping operations running smoothly and efficientlyEnsuring top–tier food safety and quality standardsSupporting stock control and continuous improvementWhat we're looking for:
