Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team in Woking. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands–on leader who thrives in a fast–paced, technical environment and enjoys guiding a skilled team to achieve high–quality results.Our entire process–from design to assembly–is completed on–site, and our products are shipped to customers all over the world.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day–to–day production operations within the workshop or assembly area

Lead and support a small team of technicians, fabricators, and assemblers

Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met consistently

Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and maintain efficient use of resources

Conduct quality checks and promote continuous improvement across processes

Requirements:

Proven supervisory or team leader experience within a manufacturing or assembly environment

Strong understanding of mechanical or fabrication processes

Hands–on approach with the ability to step in and support production when needed
