Our client, a thriving and well-established manufacturer, is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

Lead and motivate a team to meet daily production targets.

Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.

Monitor quality control and ensure consistent standards.

Plan and allocate work effectively to meet schedules.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

About You:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

A commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.
