Description
Optimum Recruit are currently looking for Shift Managers based in Newton Aycliffe to join a large, fast–paced manufacturing client. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leadership role within a complex production environment. Champion LEAN improvements and actively develop a 5S culture to maintain workplace standards.
Job Details
Contractural hours: 37 hours a week. Additional hours and shifts required to suit the needs of the business (Rotating Shift Pattern)
Dayshift 07 00 Monday to Thursday 07 30 Friday
Backshift 15 00 Monday to Thursday 14 00 Friday
Paying up to GBP47K per annum
Qualifications
Qualified or willing to progress to a Supervisory Management and Business Improvement National Qualification.
