Job Description:

We are looking for a technically minded and detail-focused Digital Print Operative to join a well-established company based in Newhaven on an ongoing basis. This role is ideal for someone experienced in digital print who is confident working with systems, file handling, and colour-critical workflows. Previous experience operating Xerox digital printing presses is essential for this role.

Duties will include:

* Operating digital print presses and finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials

* Using RIP software to manage print jobs and workflows efficiently

* Ensuring consistent output by following colour calibration and quality control processes

* Working with digital files and resolving formatting or technical issues

* Troubleshooting hardware and software problems where required

* Managing job priorities and working to tight deadlines

* Carrying out basic equipment maintenance and reporting issues

* Monitoring consumables and maintaining stock levels

* Pack products accurately following detailed instructions

* Operate machinery to package goods efficiently

* Weigh and inspect items before packing

* Maintain high standards of quality control

* Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and organised

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. The hourly pay rate is £12.71 per hour. This is an Temporary ongoing position. xjnqpsq
