Production Operative – Early or Late Shift

Location: Elsenham

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy, well–organised manufacturing site in Elsenham. The site offers a clean, modern working environment with excellent facilities and a supportive team atmosphere.

Shift Options

Early Shift: 06:00 – 14:00Late Shift: 14:00 – 22:00

Role Duties

Working on a production lineFilling bottles and securing lidsPlacing bottles onto production machineryPacking finished products into boxesRemoving completed boxes and placing them in designated areasCarrying out quality checks on finished productsLabelling and preparing products for dispatchAssisting with general warehouse and production duties as requiredTo keep the work varied, operators rotate between different tasks approximately every two hours. Full support is available on site from experienced engineers and team leaders.

Requirements

Safety boots are essentialAbility to remain on your feet for the duration of the shiftGood attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a teamPrevious production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
