Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting on behalf of Rain Nutrience for Production Operatives / Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing and successful manufacturing facility based in Dunkeswell, near Honiton, Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, a 4–day working week, full training, overtime opportunities, and genuine long–term career prospects with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Duties

Working on a busy production line within a manufacturing environment.Weighing, packaging and labelling products accurately.Operating production machinery following full training.Meeting daily and weekly production targets.Following strict health and safety procedures at all times.Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.Working effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

Good attention to detail.Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.Ability to work in a fast–paced manufacturing environment.Willingness to learn new skills.Good communication skills.Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.

What We Offer
