Warehouse Operative Job in Coty Ashford

Job title: Production Operative

Job type: Temporary – ongoing

Pay rate: 12.71 per hour (+ 2.55 shift allowance per hour)

Location: Ashford, TN25 4AQ

Shifts: 10PM –6AM Monday – Thursday and then 7PM –1:30AM on Fridays

You are entitled to 2 breaks per shift – 25 & 20 minutes.

30 minutes of break time per shift is unpaid.

Role Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar warehouse role is essential.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and efficient operation.Ability to work independently, but also a great team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.Commitment to working overtime weekly to support targetsWhat will your day to day entail :

Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the warehouseAccurately picking goods and preparing orders for shipmentPacking orders for ecommerce fulfillment, ensuring each item is correctly handled and packedPreparing products for sale, including tagging, labeling, creating gift sets, and preparing customer loadsRestacking pallets and removing shrink wrap from wrapped pallets to prepare for putawayHandling physical tasks, including moving cases weighing up to 13.5 kg and standing for extended periodsCollaborating effectively with the wider team to ensure a smooth workflowGreat Pay & Benefits:
